MIXED MARTIAL ARTS AND TUMBLING

We provide Mixed Martial Arts training at all levels for adults and children as well as flexibility and tumbling classes to have you or your little one reaching new limits.
PREMIUM SPRAY TANNING
We are partnered with The Bronzin' Studio to provide a perfect, long lasting, natural looking tan. The owner/operator of The Bronzin' Studio is Clarksville's premiere spray tanning expert. If it is in preparation for a contest or to get a little color before heading on vacation, The Bronzin' Studio has it covered.

CHILD CARE
We provide our members with a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for their little ones.
Our child care specialists are thouroughly vetted and provide a fun and warm hearted learning place. Feel confident that your child is being properly cared for while you get in that workout.
Morning Hours: 9 AM - 12 PM
Evening Hours: 5 PM - 8 PM
ZUMBA FITNESS !
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for the intense, fat blasting workout.....ZUMBA!
